I see the clouds as more of a colourful mist and great contrasting background , the shading in the overall piece adds a lot of depth (especially in the chest, hair, and face) and her pose is very cute and reserved, and a common pose for female characters especially when the bust area is so well drawn and coloured; I would rather show that off than cover it with arms and hands.

clouds needs more fluffiness, her skirt looks flat because of the shading and do i see you hiding hands and legs!? for shame.

They're not, um, clouds. Baha I was thinking more random-airy-nebula-like-color-barf... but I see how that could be easily misinterpreted...

Of course I'm hiding hands and legs! Who do you think I am? Lolol I actually sketched this two years ago... back when I didn't even TRY. But hands are still the bane of my existence. orz

(Bahaha that skirt has so many problems with it; I think flatness is the least of its issues.)
