Finally got around to finishing this! (I ran out of beads half way through.)Time: ~30 hours
Material: Size 11/0 Delicas, 6lb test fireline.
Size: ~1.5 inches per side

Thank you! The lack of strings I put down to the fact that I make all my pieces with size 11/0 Delicas and Fireline. It was a bit difficult stitching all six sides together, but it was worth it in the end.

Thanks! I stitched the center square part with the heart first, then I added the darker arms along the sides. On top of the last bead in each row, I added one vertically above it, and started stitching in the corners from there.
That make any sense?

Sorry, but I don't have a digital version of it, and it's actually quite complex. I wouldn't recommend trying it unless you're proficient with peyote stitch and a few of the structural variants already.

It's a flat increasing square peyote stitch that I used for the base and modified for the corners.

They're size 11/0 Delica seed beads so they're much smaller than pony beads. Each bead is about 2mm in size, and they're all stitched together.

Eee! Too cute! I can only imagine the hours of work that went into this. Ever thought of selling the pattern? I'm sure there'd be lots of nerdy beaders who'd love to make one of these!
