A quick thing for of his sporty character Destiny.She plays badminton. You'll get the joke of the title knowing that I hope? XD
It felt so refreshing to have something simple to loosen up to. And I liked the simple design of Destiny that Foxshu described to me. Although, the perspective irks me a tad. Didn't make the rackets stem look long enough to be a badminton racket, I think. NVRM. Moving on. ~w~
This was also fun because I was crazy for badminton when I was in school. Hm. I was a little intense to play with though.
I hope she looks young enough, Foxshu? It's been a while since I've drawn an 11 year old. Paha. It was fun! Forgot how much I love those pudgy faces.

Hm. That's a confident grin, actually, which was more what I was concerned about, in case she was more shy by nature. Probably the eyebrows I messed up on. If they don't merry the expression perfectly, it can be interpreted as nervous. Sorry if it feels wrong to you. ^^ It happens

Everyone says that to themselves, even the "best" artists. But once you figure out that it's a lie we tell ourselves because we tend to be impatient, negative little creatures and all it takes is persistence, practice, development, we're on the road to our ideal spot. ;D
I say that all the time about artists here on DA. Holy moly, I'll never get that good. But 5 years ago I wouldn't have believed I'd draw like this. Go easy on yourself, and keep up the good work. ^^ Enjoy the ride you're on from point A to B. <3
