._. I have to admit...It's surprising that Him had a clever way to define their different reactions. I'm also surprised that Butch is indifferent with this type of situation. I would be disgusted by now...just to see an eyeball, and not just any eyeball...MY OWN eyeball. It would be kind of gross too

Indeed... what seemed like a pointless action (taking his eyeball) turned out to have a sick and twisted reason behind it u.u
Oh it is not that Butch is indifferent, as Him said, that's just his psychological strenght at play. Butch at first was carefree and reckless but the violence suffered (his eyeball taken) forced his mind to take over the part of his instincts and so he is at a loss of what do or even feel.
He is disgusted about the eyeball (as Butch states), he is angry, nervous and therefore seemingly 'indifferent', though, it is not that... it's just like being unable to define a response since he is being careful. He is mostly confused.

Well, for starters...he isn't a normal nor human boy. So, in some way he really doesn't feel like Boomer or Brick. I gotta say...even the other two couldn't stand it, specially Boomer. He'd be an easy break...O.O now I noticed is like different levels these three u.u I still feel bad about them since they are...like living their own nightmares u.u

Actually, neither of the three are normal or human boys. They are experiments but still, unlike Brick and Boomer, Butch doesn't have those "human" feelings or attitudes like the girls (yet they ARE experiments but have feelings like a human) The three don't know what love, affection or caring feels, they don't have much feelings at all. But I see that Boomer can feel scared or Brick feels guilty...but Butch doesn't feel like that at all.
I think I thought more than what you meant xD but if we see it like this...From the start...they never had feelings besides hate, humiliation, surprise or madness. Of course, I'm not saying that they never had another purpose than to destroy the girls...In my opinion, Him wants them to have other feelings, but not love or good feelings, more like...scary, desperation...all those bad feelings that gets inside your head and feel remorse.

Uhhh no that's not it at all. Theymay not be human but they do have feelings just that the cartoon didn't explore the boys in depht.
The boys have emotions, just see how upset Boomer gets after Brick and Butch mock him in bubble boy, that's a clear indication they are as 'human' as the girls are.
Another thing is that feelings and emotions are not traits only humans have so it's arrogant tostate those things belong only to humans. They may not be 'normal' but they arejust like people but with superpowers, they are not machines that feel nothing.
The cartoon portrayed the boys in the most basic ways, just them acting like the little boys they are but like in the stereotype style where one only knows their 'masculine but childish behavior'
They know things about affection and caring but they don't focus on that or even recognize it cause hey they have superpowers, they were only shown like 4 times in tge cartoon and the cartoon never presented a serious situation where to see them acting different.
However in the episode of bubble boy it is noticeable that they do care and pay attention, Brick knew right away that "Boomer" wasn't Boomer, at first he was suspicious but he found out about Bubbles and was just teasing her since he already knew. He even said "Boomer, if that's who you really are"
The boys in "custody battle" state they only want to beat up the girls but they say that because they literally do what they want and were just tired of the 'parents' arguing, if you notice they don't really go look for the girls to fight them.
And no Him's purpose in this comic it's not to fill them with negative emotions even if thst's what it seems like. Him wanrs to "reset" them, traumatize them so much they turn 'empty', he wants them in a state it's not possible to snap out of.
Another thing, Butch has the same feelings just like Brick or Boomer. People are different, everyone has their uniques personalities, some people are too proud to show concern or sadness, some people have it easier, some people are more obvious about it some are not. That's the entire thing you are misinterpreting.
Boomer is more emotional than Brick and Butch so he shows his sadness and fright really easily.
Brick is too arrogant so his feelings are harder to see, he showed his remorse clearly because Him had made him nervous before, he had started cracking boomer and brick, whereas Butch who is too proud and has lots of confidence in himself is harder to traumatize.
Butch right now is way too confused and is being overly careful, because of the violent way he got his eye taken. His body is nervous and so is making Butch calm down and think rather than act.
They are complex just like everybody is, my story is highly about psychology so it would be good you tried analyzing more cause there's a lot that is happening. The three won't feel the same because they are different, every living being is. What bothers someone a little may bother another a lot or not bother someone else at all.
Him is explaining all this stuff so like pay more attention to that please xD
Butch is worried about his brothers state that's why he asks about them, he is angry but he is also nervous and scared. He may not be as obvious as Boomer is about it but he is, have superpowers or not... Butch is a child. He is 5 years old, chidlren have their limits and are more vulnerable in all aspects be physically or emotionally.
You don't see much depht because of the reasons I already said and because they are just kids, they are way more simple than adults are about the way they perceive the world.
All this is what must be considered before finding an explanation to what's going on with these boys who eventually had their childhood taken away from them.

Uhhhh, right, you get your eyeball forcefully taken and then your aggressor shows it to you in a really creepy environment... the 'fake eye' fact is the last thing one would think of in that moment.

Yes, Butch's response is so simple that Him finds it very appealing... Butch is trying to understand the current situation which is kind of funny cause he is pretty confused xD
He is afraid and nervous mostly because of his body being that way after the violence suffered, yet, his mind is still unsure. As long as his mind is confused he will keep being so simple, that, until he adopts a response different to his current confusion... but yeah haha that's kind of the reason why he is taking it that way lol

So is that how his Chemical X became unstable or is that from being in the heat room and there was a way that he could have been saved just give him a shot of Antidote X and yes that would kill him but then you pump him full of Chemical X and woohoo he is alive again with his powers

He became unstable because of the extreme heat he endured. The draining of his chemical X equals to a person being drained of his/her blood,so, no antidote can work. He'd need to be given chemical X but still that wouldn't work since the heat made him unstable. New chemical X would just be ruined as well since his body can no longer hold itself.
