Yet another Wheel of Time fan art
. No particular scene from the book...just my imagination. Below are some screen captures on how the painting progressed. I have been way too busy with a new project at work to give enough time to painting

Whoa, is that a fade? Too human looking for my liking! But i do like its armor. I always did imagine them to look like things from lord of the rings...like nazgul or Sauron himself.Β
Or Voldemort. Like an eyeless Voldemort lol. He has the right skin color and creepiness about him.Β

Yea, fades are humans with very pale skin and no eyes. I struggled with this painting because I started off with the idea of making him look very alien and creepy. The trollocs also looked a lot more bestial in my initial sketch, but they are meant to be distorted humans.
I will probably revisit this at a future date to give it some more life and perhaps a face lift here and there. Thanks for your feedback!

Yeah, when i wrote my comment, and when i saw this, i thought back to the description in thebook and i was like, they ARE supposed to look like humans, but they have such a creepiness about them that its hard to imagine them that way.

Thank you very much!! Lots of "careless" brush strokes in the painting,. Not very detailed, but it somewhat gives it that feel. I rushed it, but I figured I can always revisit it at a later date
