This is a gorgeous shot, the only thing that I can think of that would make it significantly better would be sun light - here the sky is overcast with thin clouds, that gives an ok light, but with bright sun light and maybe a few single clouds on a blue sky it would look more vibrant and alive. If there are interesting clouds to be seen in the sky you also get another source of attraction / interest.

Firstly I really admire the variation of colour within this shot, I guess this shot was taken in the Autumn?
I like how the waterfall is also blurred, it adds to the feeling of movement. Looks like you took it at 1/6th second? Good choice!

Good, simple composition with just the right shutter speed, slightly underexposed though (and it is quite slight, and I am doing nit-pickery).
For a future landscape shot, play with the focus. Do you want a single point sharp, or multi-focal points? This looks sandwiched in the middle, with nothing really pinpoint, yet nothing in soft-focus either.
Now, I am being a little fussy, but I do tend to do that when I see the advanced critique tag, for I see that the artist would like some more technical feedback.
