It seems to be when they power up, the characters should be in a lighter shade of colours. Sonic's blue becomes yellow... that's brighter. Knuckles' red becomes pink... But it didn't seem to make any sense for Manic's power up to be lighter fur colour. He *is* a theif after all, and his power up should accomodate to that. xD So he should be a bit darker in colour - to help him camaflouge in the dark to sneak around. :3 I was tempted to put Manic's fur colour as black. Somehow, the episode "Haircraft in Space" came to mind, and I couldn't really take it seriously. xD *Remember- Manic's electrocution? xD*I didn't give much thought to the designs, mostly thinking about colour. So prehaps next time if I draw them powering up I'd change the design. And the colour too prehaps. :/ Hmm... Sonia seems to suit better in pink IMO, but I haven't really experimented. Somehow, when I think of powering her up, she has to be pink. Following the lighter-colour concept with her.

You mean Super Knuckles.
In Sonic 3 and Knuckles, the Chaos Emeralds turn Sonic and Knuckles Super, and the Super Emeralds turn Sonic and Knuckles Hyper, and Tails Super.

Wow... that is so confusing. o__O;; I kinda just followed the Archie Comics' version of Hyper Knuckles, cuz in the comics when Sonic & Knuckles fight their first state is Super Sonic & Hyper Knuckles. I really like the different names it kinda adds a different sort of personality. (Plus, I also like to modify stuff, so I guess it's not your liking. xD )
It's so cool how you know the really original canon stuff, not many people seem to know about it (and some never seen a pink Knuckles before).

Yeah. I am a nit-picky fan. I am very detail-nitpicky as well.
And one of my biggest pet peeves is people saying that when Shadow transforms with the Chaos Emeralds, he becomes "Hyper Shadow". Ugh.

LOL Hyper Knuckles is an official name from the Archie Sonic Comics. Hmm.... I like your suggestion of Savior Sonia.. sounds warrior-like.
