the creator of the manga actually wanted lisanna to stay dead, but the publisher had issues with it cause they loved the charecter

I respect your opinion, but I honestly don't see NaLi anywhere besides in Natsu's past. Lisanna and Natsu don't really interact that much anymore after her return and Lisanna even stated that she wants Lucy to stay by Natsu's side.
I wouldn't mind if they decided to make NaLi fully canon but as it stands as of right now after the recent update, I firmly believe that NaLu is canon.

Seriously? I'm not alone. They feel too much like siblings to me to ship them. Especially, since Natsu is just a little better than Luffy in the romance department while Lucy attempts to find dates as a running gag.
