I'm afraid not, fanart, when hand drawn by someone, and when they give the proper copyright, is okay, however, slapping a screenshot of a copyrighted work onto a demotivational, is vastly different.

I report what I see on the front page, I don't go on hunts, but by the same token, if i see a gif of someone jerking off, i report it, recolors, and uploaded screenshots, not sure if you know [cuz not everyone does] but by uploading here, you're claiming copyright, however, I do applaud your rationality during this discussion, it's relieving, as I have often been met with hostility.

that is because blowing ones head off whenever someone tells you you did something wrong is pointless. i bet many wars started that way. and i hate too much already. why start wars on the one place where i can be myself.

and you are right, i doubt many people are aware of the rules on submitting screen-shots. i only just looked then up. but EVERYONE DOES IT some of my favourites are mutiple screen-shots with funny captions

Because people who work hard, draw every line, or paint every brushstroke, have a harder time getting on the front page, with the art theft, demotivationsals, recolors, screenshots, etc.
