well, is having an OC character contest. and I thought, hey, now that I think about it, I can warp this evil little girl into Mandy's little sister!

Her name is Wendy, and Mandy's parents thought that since Mandy is so evil, having a little sister might make her nicer. They thought that the younger daughter would be sweet and kind, but Wendy was influenced by Mandy, simply by having Mandy as an older sibling and a tough "boss," has made her into a mini-mandy, and almost more evil than mandy. She likes making a fool out of Grim and making Billy perform. Naturally, Mandy doesn't like that Wendy is taking charge of her "idiots," but Mandy can't help but sit back and approve of her younger sibling's, well, Mandyness.

Like the world needed another evil little girl, right?
