Description
A concept of female formal attire worn by dark elves from Under the Shattered Moon original setting.Moon elves (or dark elves) of this setting are loosely based on DnD Drow elves, and they have absolutely nothing in common with DnD Moon elves (whom I find ridiculous along with Sun, High, Wild, Wood, Water elves.. And god knows what other branches.) These actually live on a moon.
