This is the newest group in T.O.T.V, there not really a team instead they are a network of independent operative all working on Street Level Crime it was Set up be the Vigilant to help support local crime fighter. The Network is supervised by DR. Harrison Well (Earth 2) who will be working out of Star Labs to organised the operative and support them with Intel and problem solving but if the operative bites off more then they can chew then the supervisor will send other operatives to help them. The operatives feed back any infomation they gather back into the work to help the network as a whole. along with street level operatives which make up the Marjory of the Group they are also support operative who either focus on training or teaching the operatives things they need in the field or they're only operate as back-up to help other operatives when they need help, All members of the Vigilant are Support operatives in some way, shape or form.I will be adding more characters into the network as time go's on, I have one in mine currently. I will also be taking suggestions for other characters who could join the network but keep in mind I've been think about this group for some time so there are a lot of characters i thought of adding and decided against it. Just so everyone knows i will submitting stand alone Micros for each character which doesn't one yet i just want to submit this group since I've been talking about it for a little while now.

Well Technically Kyle Rayner has been every lantren (Apart form Black?) since put all 7 ring on at the same time and besides it's an alternate reality where Kyle when through different events which lead him to a different place in life, he's different then his DC Comic version but there are similarities as well.

I don't want to go into the full story, But the basic set up is that Freeze is trying to become change and be the person Nora would want him to be, so he's been working with the vigilant, eventually the vigilant fight a villain who too powerful for them to beat on their own so Victor when took the Helmet of Fate (Which the vigilant have had since they formed) and put it on and help beat the villain.

It's a long story so i'll go into it when I submit him on his own, But i will say that in T.O.T.V Kyle was never a Green Lantern and will never become a Green Lantern.
