Bishoujo Senshi Pregnant Moon?
This actually came about after watching too many Sims 3 previews, and a discussion of pregnancy and magically appearing pregnancy clothing. Do the senshi have maternity fuku? 
It sort of done to mimic this: [link] I wouldn't call it a series yet, but pregnant senshi are fun to draw! I love the huge bellies!
It's been a long time since I did cell-shading, I'd forgotten how much fiddling it is! 
This is actually the closest thing I've drawn to a fuku for Queen Serenity's senshi form, how sad is that?

Pregnant women are hard to draw, they size of the bellies seems to vary so much from woman to woman! Still fun, though!

I can vouch that. Both times when I was pregnant, all the people who saw me said I looked between 5-6 months rather than 9 months. lol. Still, I think you understood how the belly is mainly shaped during pregnancy and not just a big "ball"
