Wow, it's been such a long time since I've done any real cel-style shading, and bah I am out of shape! XD Anyway, for those unfamiliar with the blondie that is my sailor moon OC queen Selenity, mother of queen Serenity. Which, of course, would make the tyke queen, or rather princess, Serenity, who again will give birth to the Usako we all know and love.

Anyway, long story short. Selenity is showing her daughter the mystical crystal that follows the moon-line, handed down from generation to generation of queens, which they wield with such tremendous power to bring about peace and happiness (in theory ). She is telling her, like her mother before her, that one day Serenity will become the soldier of the moon, as well as it's queen, when the crystal becomes hers.

Serenity seems happy at the prospect. Ah, if only she knew! Poor baby! *huggles princess Serenity*

And in the end I would like to add:
