I spent over two days on this and in the end I'm quite satisfied. I had trouble starting with his skin, I redid it several times as well as his hair. I still think the hand looks weird though, and I really need to practice more on drawing swords. But overall I'm very proud of it.And I'm pretty sure he can't make flames in the manga, but I thought it would make a nice touch.

I love the play of the shadows and the light that you have going here, and the expression on his face. What is unique is the angle here, a little from above and having his look over his shoulder. That is nicely done. I can tell you put a lot of time and effort into this and it shows.
Yeah, the sword angle itself isn't perfect, but you also worked hard on that too. Drawing Hyourinmaru isn't easy, any move up or down, left or right and what you see of the guard, hilt and end change.
So what you did here is really good. Also, you did a lot of detail into the handle that looks absolutely wonderful. I give you kudos for getting that so well done.
The blue flame in his hand is a real nice touch too, and is just a perfect color to contrast with the dark background. Wonderful job!

I don't really think I could bring out a great critique, but I will say that this is some serious artwork here. It's kinda hard to tell that you drew this out yourself. Extremely well done.
