Dumb taggers.

There is a difference between graffiti artists and mural painters and mere taggers.

Taggers are kids that just want to see their name all over the place on things that they don't own or didn't make. Graffiti artists are a big step up. They plan out a lot of what they put into their work, they even some times have insights into things around them that they try to convey through their 'paintings'.

Half the time the only difference between a graffiti artists, and yes they are artists, and a mural painter is that mural painters are paid for their work and they normally cover a larger scope than a graffiti artist. Both physically and in their message.

The message part is completely up for debate. Also, some graffiti artists have been paid for their work when they catch the eye of someone would want their work one one of their buildings.

Nice angle on the mural and it was a good choice to do it in black and white. Shame the taggers couldn't keep their hands off of it.
