My take on human!bill. I love the idea of him being covered a in bunch of tattoos
EDIT: I forgot to say what his tattoos say! The one down his right arm says 'Prince of Dreams' and the lower back says 'Trust No One'. His left arm just has symbols on it from his page in the book. The eye on the back of his neck actually works as a third eye for him and when he uses magic even more runes and eyes appear (i'll probably draw that at some point)
