From left to right:Kanabo Urami (26), Maya Kurare (26), Demetri (24), Hyoga Hagetaka (43, sensei)
Hyoga is a jonin (and a living legend), the others are chuunin. Usually they work independent but sometimes they push the Yukikage to give them missions together, for the sake of the old times. These missions are A or S-rank though, they are one of Yukigakure's strongest teams.
(I hope that doesn't sound mary-sue-ish already)^^°
I know I promised I'll upload a finished and properly shaded version but it ended up looking HORRIBLE. Sorry, this is what you get now
*FAIL*They're wearing the shinobi-uniform I designed (ref here: [link] ). Looks like they spotted someone.
I am currently writing their IDs but it looks like they will be so long that I'll have to upload them single file. ^^°

I love the animals you gave them *-* They seem to be a nice and well balanced team.
It really depends on you, who you'd like to be thier sensei.
Kanabo (blond guy) is probably the worst teacher out of them, he would insult his students all the time XD He doesn't like weak people (for him every genin is weak by default) and he's very rude and arrogant. Also he's too willing to take unneccessary risks and he likes to show off. His students would need a long time to convince him that they're "worthy" but once they managed that he would turn them into fighting machines. A sensei without mercy (and without social skills). If you would chose him prepare for trouble (maybe that's what you want, I dunno).
Maya would be a good sensei, she's clever and understanding, yet very demanding. Her strong points are tactics and espionage, she's good with people but not very strong in combat. She has a wide network of acquaintances and likes to use them for her benefit. You won't learn cool flashy jutsus from her but she can teach you to become a sly talker and great assassin, also she has a wide knowledge about poison.
Demetri (tall tan guy) is very strong, reliable and has a friendly character but he's not strict. Usually he's laid back but once he made a goal for himself he snaps and bites his way through. If your characters lack motivation they won't come far with him as thier teach. If they are strongly motivated though and manage to make their goal his goal as well he'll put them through one hell of a training.
Hyoga (bearded guy) is the old sensei of this team, he's very experienced and an exellent teacher. He knows awesome jutsus, has a reputation is very balanced and flexible in battle: like a player that can play in every position. The best teacher and strongest fighter out of the four above. He's already older though and not "cool" lol.

Naja, um es kurz zu machen:
Mir gefällt das Team seeehr gut, sie scheinen ausgewogen zu sein und haben etwas normales an sich, nicht so wie das Mary-Sue-Team von nebenan. Auch die Tatsache, dass sie das stärkste Team sein sollen... Yukigakure ist klein und normale Teams zu kreieren - wer interessiert sich dafür?
Ein respektvolles Hut-ab von mir auch zu der Zeichnung, es ist ein schöner Stil den du hast ^^

Ja, auf "Normalität" hab ich viel Wert gelegt, sie sollten irgendwie authentisch und glaubwürdig rüberkommen. Ich kann es nicht leiden, wenn in den Designs zu viel sinnloser Scheiss steckt

This team is awesome! Kanabo is the shit, but Hyoga's pretty awesome himself. Older ninjas always have the best stories. I'm sure this team is all about telling stories. One uping one another's scars and battles. They seem close regardless. <3

The elder ninjas are the strongest. They might be weak in body, but the things they know, the battles they've lived through, all that wisdom. It's why I was a fan of Jiraiya. He might have been a perv, but he knew so much more than he ever let on. <3

I liked him way better than Madara/Tobi/Mr.Nobody. Orochimaru was more tangible.
