Sketched him out, dont know if im completely satisfied with this design yet. His hair is a bit shorter then it used to be, and his bangs arn't as crazy.

Seiji is now clan leader, after the civil war allot of shyamas had died. Since there were shyamas fighting for both sides of the war it is hard for the clan to get along anymore. Both having extremely different views of how the Shyama clan should be handled. Seiji no longer uses a Garrot as his weapon of choice and instead a Kusarigamma

Seiji is a bit happier then he was before. No longer are members of his clan being sacrificed, and everything is peaceful for the most part. Though not visible at the moment he has burn scars on his right arm.
