Trying out the technique from *ionen 's tutorial. Seems to be coming along nicely. I like the presence of linework. I'll update this when I finish.[EDIT:] Finished. My fingers are sore.
This was a lot of fun. It's been a while since I just sat down and hammered out a full piece, even if it is just an extensive experiment. I like the final result.
Size: 5"x7"
Medium: Ye olde Photoshoppe CS II, Vorpal Wacom Scimitar +5
Time: 6.5 hours, give or take a couple smoke breaks.
Inspiration: I really wanted to (as I already mentioned) try out the technique in *ionen 's tutorial. I needed a rogue character for the RPG my D&D crew and I are writing, the way Lidda is for D&D 3E. I saw my friend Leah the other day, and her haircut looked awesome. So yeah, those things.
