Oh, seeing the cub's face makes me so sad! I can feel his terror and sadness even if I don't know the story behind the image. I also love the coloring, adds much to the whole, making it a little bit gloomy but also the cub stands out from the picture thanks to this coloring

It means You dont like it because its simply pretty, or has nice colors. You see something in the picture that makes you stop and take your time point it out.

I really like the fire in the background. It looks way better than it did in the WIP. Glad you blurred it, it looks way better/makes more sense.

People adding things to their anthros favorites folders... Reminds me of how my anthro fox wearing a cloak was favorited by someone with an "Anthros Wearing Capes" folder, and I was like "Lol, he's wearing a cloak, not a cape and why do you have such an oddly specific folder?"

I feel ya, bro. I've always loved anthro art since before I knew there was a word for it, and I admire people who can make animal hybrids that look physically feasible of any kind (not just human+other animals) and I may identify as a furry but hard-core furries still creep me out.
You know, the ones who claim they are their fursona on the inside? Or those who say they've been born in the wrong body? Nopenopenope. Do not want. That's when I get creeped out.

I will start a piece with an emotion in my head, then finish it and my emotion will have changed and i'll be like "...why did I draw this?"

The emotion, the fire, and the overall scene is simply amazing. Extremely heart wrenching when you look at the cubs face. The detail in the glowing eyes are gorgeous. You can zoom in on the eyes and see the emotion, even without seeing the rest of the face, which really does add to their amazing design. Really the feeling that you packed into one picture is stunning.
That is my critique, since i am not a member and cant leave a real one
