I haven't seen this shirt design, but then I didn't actively participated in the contest so I haven't seen much.
It might not have followed the contest's guidelines strictly, but I know deviantart could potentially print this one, and it's a fantastic concept. Excellent execution as well. You didn't win, but at least it makes a fine piece for your portfolio.
