lol, I always wished I had the patience and aptitude for math, I'd trade my art skills for that any day. Though I suppose that has more to do with being a productive member of society than not wanting to be an artist.

I showed this to my hubby too. He used to work with charcoal, so he likes to see some of the stuff I find. He was super impressed and really liked it- especially all the details you were able to get in. And he's hard to get a reaction out of, so consider that a HUUUUGE compliment. lol.

Drawing his scars is good fun.
I was really lucky when my dull charcoal went for his eye, it kind of created the skin around his eye and his expression sort of fell into place after that. I swear most of this is luck
