this is really cool. i love how you can see sand under the water, and how it's sort of a little scene, with the footprints and ball (or is that an umbrella viewed from above?)

Thanks. It's supposed to be like a sand dollar, but the color is too bright so it does look more like a ball or umbrella. I make these in polymer clay, and have for years, so I had the basic design to interpret in glass.

I do that with my polymer clay beach beads and I'm trying to figure out how to do it on a glass bead. That's the end of a mandrel and it's the wrong shape. It needs to be smaller and rounded.
