The design of the armor is based on both the more japanese designs for Fire Nation Armor from the pilot and the end result we know and love. To his left is the Emblem of the Blue Dragons, in his hands are the swords Ran and Shaw named for two fire bending masters Sheng Li's father Admiral Chan once told him about. on them is the blue flames of the Agni Ken tequnique of the Blue Dragons
