'During the medieval era, humans were at war against a race of undead creatures known as the Deatharans. They envied humans for centuries as they lived alongside them but they were shunned for their demon like appearance. Soon, the heavenly kings went to war against the humans but due to their powers and knowledge in magic, they had the upper hand. That was until a mysterious warlock banished them into the undead dimension and sealed the gate with a spell. For years the seal kept the beasts at bay but the dark magic that leaked out from the dimension caused the seal to rust. Now in the present day, the seal breaks unleashing the Deatharans and their kings The World, The Wheel of Fate, The Emperor and The Magician upon the modern world as they possess corrupted humans to assume their true forms. But the warlock had one more trick as he created a guardian that transform Deatharans into tarot cards and be used for good. Tarotmaru escapes from the dimension to find a human of pure heart to take on the mantle Kamen Rider Tarot Zangetsu. Luckily a human named Akira Fujimoto was the right candidate to become Kamen Rider Tarot Zangetsu. Now with Tarotmaru and the aid of his friends and a mysterious Kamen Rider, Tarot Zangetsu can defeat the Deatharans before the world falls to their command.'

This Kamen Rider and its story was originally draw and wrote by TashaHemlock, all I did was slightly redesign and redraw Kamen Rider Tarot Zangetsu Moon Form, I did not edit the story in any way.
