Before I start my comment I would like to say that I promised that there would someday be a pic that I would blame on someone other than her. So here it is: I BLAME !!! It is for her contest afterall.

An Excel Saga Hellsing parody thing. Some of the characters are just so much alike its scary. Ok, but here's who is who:

Saras Victoria as Excel- middle, bottom.
Shrodinger as Menchi- on Saras's shoulder.
Alucard as Hyatt- falling over to the left. He and Hyatt die alot. It fits.
Integra as Illpalazo- right corner. They both look so alike!! And they're the boss!! And Integra uses the term "innocent masses" while Illpalazo uses the term "ignorant masses" XD!!
Rip Van Winkle as.... that one chick XD!- the chick dreaming of a larger gun.
Anderson as.... the dude with the fake mustasche- big floating head.
Krieg as Sumiyoshi- fat man on the left. They're both the same build with the same hair kinda.
Doc as Watanabe? (what's his name?)- next to the fat man. They have the same hair. And lookie, I covered doc's ugly belly button!!!
Captain as Iwata? (still don't know his name)- dude with hat. I couldn't imagine him in any other clothes than usual, so I kinda changed them to look the same. (<- makes sense to me).
Excel as Saras- chibi in left corner. That shirt is way too big in some areas XD!
Hayatt as Alucard- chibi on right.

The bottom actually says "Excel Hell" but seeing as how my scanner likes to randomly chop my pics you can't tell. It also chopped off the rest of Hyatt and Integra, and didn't pick up the pink backround in some areas. sorry. Prismacolor, copic, comic twin markers, prismacolor colored pencils, pen, white india ink.
