My entry for the Fighting Games Elite Street Fighter X Tekken competition!I had soooooo many ideas for Street Fighter characters dressed in Tekken outfits and vice versa... But the contest ends today so I didn't have time to draw them all! So, I decided to just do two and turn it into a jokey piece
I think that even though he looks ridiculous, Heihachi probably wins by default here cos Juri is kinda cheating ;D

Haha, dang, somebody noticed! I had to flip the image of Juri because I wanted to have the title of the piece ("Cosplay Battle") on the left, so that it gets read before Heihachi's speech bubble... And if I made the other eye the glowy one, it just didn't look as good

Now to make this a truly masterpiece add a background somewhen in the future which is a tekken stage cosplaying as a street fighter one lol

You're right about that - I wish I'd had time to do a background for this! My original idea was to have four or 5 Tekken + Street Fighter characters trying on different outfits, and in the background have it as a clothing store with other iconic outfits from the series hanging up... Well, maybe if I get to a point where I've not got several pieces on the go at once, I'll come back and make this as my original ambitions had intended
First tho, gotta get thinking about what to draw for the chibi competition :]

do a combo and claim a character for the fge project and make it a chibi version..with that you can participate in both the project and the contest with one work of course

Ah dang, I should've claimed quicker! I've already started my chibi Q-Bee from Darkstalkers, and just visiting the site now I see that someone else has claimed her haha. AND someone posted a chibi Q-bee to FGE earlier today also :/ Oh well, mine is significantly different anyhow, so I'm still gonna finish it off and enter it into the chibi competition ;D

AH! It's the Nina Kazama outfit of Tekken 3 fame. A classic.
Heihachi should get some padding fitted into his costume to complete the look.

Haha, you're right - it would have been a nice touch to have a couple of pillows sticking out of the open front of the suit actually!
