Gale looked at his little brother's broken body and picked him up slowly to prevent any pain that he would bring. Lidashiam grunted a few times, and was shaking with an unsteady breathing. Gale tried his best not to cry, but the tears just couldn't hold back. Seeing Lidashiam like this hurts Gale deeply. The worst thing is that Gale couldn't do anything to save him. As Gale watched his brother shaking in pain, he pulled him close to a hug. More tears overflowed his face as he heard Lidashiam's dying breathes echo through his ear.
"I'm sorry brother... I failed to protect you..." said Gale; quietly whispering into Lidashiam's hear. With those words, Lidashiam's breathing started to calm down. He heard Gale's voice, and felt relaxed.

And yes, Lidashiam's wings are gone because they have been ripped off by someone or something. The story will be later explained in the future!
