Her other arm should probably be a bit more visible, but otherwise this is a really nice piece.

Backgrounds are always a challenge.
I'm having a bit of a hard time differentiating between different planes of the environment -- it looks like there's supposed to be an overhanging limb (?) further forward but it really blends in with the other side of the riverbank. Maybe try making that side a bit less saturated with some gray-blue tones to make it fade more into the distance and make the foreground pop more. You might also try giving the grass a little bit more texture, it looks a bit like a plush carpet where she's sitting now.
It's turned out to be a really nice piece otherwise -- I love how bright and sunny it looks, and I'm digging the reflections in the water.
