Description This is yet another one of my insanely elaborate Desserts made specially for my Restaurant in Sydney Australia.

This is a Triple Valrhona Chocolate Mudcake (94% Black Chocolate, 85% Dark Chocolate & 48% Milk Chocolate) The cake top is dusted almond cinnimon sugar, topped with shaved 85% Dark Chocolate & Waffer. On the plate is lined with 48% Milk Chocolate & Glazed Raspberries in Wild Berry Coulie.

It sells for $58 per serve, its quite simply amazing, it’s that good, you shake with every mouthful!

This looks....sinful..^^ Im at this moment looking for a mudcake recepie myself cuz as you say....chocolate tends to make us shiver...^^ Awsome pictures aswell both here and in ur gallery..

It has to be one of the more frustrating desserts I created but well worth it in the longrun.
