Great shot lovely colours maybe adjust the composition a bit like i would crop out the bridge on the left of the frame or even try a tight crop like crop off the left of the image up to where you have the "M" in the title "DREAM"

Although the scene is filled with snow and it must have been cold i still get a very warm feeling when viewing this photo. Very wonderful photo.
My only possible suggestion would to have made the handrailing start in the far lower right corner instead of in the middle of the bottom of the picture. It is a good line and your eye wants to follow it, but is distracting when it starts in a random spot. Just a suggestion/thought because it might not look as good as i think it would
