I got it at a department store in Taipei, Taiwan during December 2011. Now even those stores don't hold rare TF items like that ever since 2012. The best option these days is online at local websites.

The old toys are generally better in quality and their parts can be useful too.
I just found out that DOTM voyager Ironhide's Particle cannon worked greatΒ as BH Prime's Gatling cannon. Which saved me from buying the part from 3rd party.
