Ah yes, now it's for sure. The chamba glow. Fine colorin technique. always seemed to escape me though.

my secret is, when I've done all the colouring and shading, I duplicate all the colour layers, merge the duplicates, select eveything outside the colours, invert the selection so all the colours are selected simultaneously then use a Gausian blur on about 10 (shift this around according to size of the image) and then lastly, set that layer to 'overlay' gives the colours a real kick and also gives a soft within the colours
