The coat, scarf, or what not - has some 80s influence. But because it's a masquerade piece too, it also has the peacock "I'm pretty look at me" wonderfulness.
Also wondering why I'm running into so many artists who decided to do masquerade themed artwork...I am guilty of this as well.
