What I'd like to know, is how did you get them to look so darn much alike! I can't even make a character look the same twice, not to mention trying twins! Help me!

Two v4 and then add the same character to them 
But if I paint yes it is so hard to get the same character twice but this was made in 3d so easy

Well, i'm a fan of 3D...i'm a fan of your art...I like their likenesses as well as the differences. I love the tattoos and their hair. I have no criticisms and i'm in no superior position to give any even if I wanted to. This is highly creative and very well composed as is all of your gallery of art. Bravo!!

The belly of the girl in the back looks a bit overlit to me?
I'd also change the hair a bit... it's just too obvious now that these are one model and the 2nd one a flipped version of the same model.

well they are identical but have 2 different tattoos and piercing in the opposite ways.
One of my parents friends had twin girls, their faces and hair was exactly the same that not even their parents could tell them apart except for one of them had earing and the other didn't, so I don't mind the likeness of these two
As for the light, I am still learning daz lights, however that is how the shadow/light fell...

I noticed the piercings and tattoos right away I really liked that concept. Looks great. Usually not the biggest fan of the 3d nature unless done very well. Are the eyes slightly different too? I am a stomach guy and those look very well done.
