this is very interesting. the yellow not equal symbol is planted right in the middle of the composition. it draws my eye to it first. then i travel to the man. what is he holding a bllod container? then my eye follows the line from him down to the female shape. this is awesome because it is a subtle shape. at first i thought the man was holding some sort of detonator device and that he wanted to blow up his heart because he is mad with love. that his detonator wire was forming the image of the one he loved. the floating arm was pulling his heart strings like to say it is okay now, like those deep sea divers that tug the line when they want to come up. a damaged heart does not equal love. sorry maybe this makes no sense at all. maybe i totally misentupret the whole piece. i like the old feel of this. like you could dig this out of some old 1880's text book sitting in an attic.

i really like this a lot. It seems to be talking about love and all that comes with it... the good/the bad. Such as manipulation (with the hand pulling at the string)... and a sort of dependence or obsession (with what looks like the doctor giving her medicine... or is he taking her blood?) . The heart just seems universal (the whole world)... i love how much the imagination wonders when anyone looks at your pieces. They can have so many different meanings.
