I don't think they'd be allowed in anyway. Nook appears in Villager's Final Smash, and Resetti's an Assist Trophy. To make them Fighters, they'd have to do more reprogramming and aesthetic changes, as opposed to adding in character data.

I would in no way assume you were serious (especially since I doubt you own enough separate computers to vote for all the characters in your comics). I'm just trying to be logical It's a compulsion thing. It's like people who want Waluigi in SM4SH; yeah, it would make sense, and could possibly work pretty well, but, it seems unlikely they'd put characters in when they already exist in a different capacity.
