8D now this is dragon beuty at its finest 8D. The shading,lighting effects and expression on Kindle's face are fantastic and exotic at the same time ^_^ infact this is so beutifuly well done that im prepared to feature Kindle and her mate Lasair in mai moonlight dragon couples tribute vid.

I love techno myself, but have never been to a Rave night "sighs".
I reckon you nailed the glowstick lighting anyway, and I just love the look on Kindle's face

The lighting effects look awsome you did a great job on it. Personally I don't think you need any help with that but thats your decision. Kindle's an awsome character. Don't you ever go changing her. Also WOW!!

I know what you mean about the raves. that's why I decided to start offering to act as a bouncer at the local raves.

What's a Rave? 
It looks nice how you've done the reflecting glow from each glostick on her nearby scales, and I like how the blurry light from the glowsticks and the blurry lights in the background shows movement and energy in the scene.

Nice painting. The only thing I recommend is emphasize the light source (glowsticks) a little bit more. Oh, and if you want to know how to do strobe lights in Photoshop here's a nice little video tutorial. [link]
