yeah the rock does look a bit boring, don't know about making it wet but definitely mossy or something.
I also checked the settings I used and soft shadows were on for this.

Making it mossy is a great idea.
Try adding just a bit of reflectivity (like 5%) and adjusting highlights. It should look wet
