Description
Another shot that was taken at the Rootstein Mannequin Showroom in New York City. I love her beautifully styled black hair. I think the way they created her lips very nicely. They are a perfect size. The lipstick is such a lovely pink shade and looks so pretty against her porcelain skin. A very well groomed beauty as most of these mannequins were. The background was altered by my dear friend JacqChristiaan as there was writing on the wall that I was not happy with so I felt it would look much nicer wiith a solid color and I like the results. Thank you I do too Jo. all the mannequins are just so well adorned in this place. Make up jobs are just make these mannequins looks so stunning. I don't have thick enough hair to make a hairdo like that they are so beautiful and shiny up close. I am planning to go back and maybe get a shot of some of the beautiful perfumed bottles. Oh really I know a lot of people do they were in such heavy thick glasses too. I guess I was so overwhelmed with excitement of being able to take some mannequin photos without the stress that I did not even give it a thought but Lucy had mentioned to me that she was thinking of taking a few. Now I wished that she had. Thank you for your comment on my mannequins Jo it is always a joy for me.

I will be going back to the showroom soon as I think I had picked out the ones I have liked best. I have maybe one or two more to post but a lot I have not posted because it is very hard to work with light & darkness too depending on what room they are displayed in. The black light is very intense in some rooms. I think I needed a more high tech camera to get the results that I would had been much happier with. It is such an amazing place to see even to people that are not interested in mannequins. Some of them look like real models you see on a runway. I have to say I love every moment of it and thanks for letting me rant on about it

I have seen photos of mannequins that were taken in UK I would guess maybe those ones are nowhere near where you live. There is this one photographer his name is James and he is professional photographer and takes really beautiful shots. I have so many of his works saved going back a few years. Thanks again my friend for listening

Another beauty. She really has a perfect face and I can see by the many shots you have taken how richly dressed these mannequins are I can't imagine what the price tag looks like on most of these very fashionable clothes. I like the black top on this one looks like the inside is nylon. Very pretty
