Thanks Suse. I got tickets for the first and last tour times for two different lightings and eliminate the people from the scene. And fortunately I had two different guides to it was still interesting.

That's good. We had planned a trip there while we lived in Colorado, but it got cancelled due to my Hubby's work schedule and the opportunity to reschedule it never arose again.

Also fun, renting a house boat on Powell, At night there's so many damn stars and the airs nice and dry. Climb to the top of the roof of the boat and watch static electricity jump off you and the roof of the boat.

I'm repeatedly in awe at the night sky when I get out in the boonies. Nothing like it here in Denver.

If you drive about a half hour east or west you can some good night sky but north and south it's a megalopolis.

I did the first and last tours of the day so I could get different lighting. At Cliff Palace I don't think there any ladders they would let us climb.

It was nice to take off for a week. Next trip isn't until mid September for 2 weeks. Two whole weeks.

I'm jealous... I can only get away from work in 4 day chunks, I wouldn't know what to do with 2 weeks! Where are you off to in September?

As long as enough people sign up I'll be doing my first river trip. Twelve days down the Green and Colorado from Green River, UT to Hite Crossing.
