Finally have a concept for Kai that I can actually be proud of. XDI've decided that I won't be using traditional Norwegian culture as inspiration for the visuals of this story since Disney used that for Frozen. Instead, I've decided to looks into the Sami culture.

Kai may seem like a mean and boring person, but he's actually got a heart of gold.
Gerda meets Kai while on her journey to retrieve her heart. With a little bit of convincing, Gerda coaxes Kai into helping her out.
So, what do ya'll think? Do you like Kai's design?

It's just a culture throughout Northern Europe.
