When Kauane learns to do flower magic, it caused an outbreak of Allergy Influenza.

Kauane: Flowers! Home-grown flowers! Anyone? Flowers! Anyone? Home-grown flowers! Flowers! Anyone...?
Mei Lee: Poor Kauane. Now that humans have magic, nobody is buying her flowers anymore.
Kauane: One of a kind! Can't be found anywhere else!
[thud]
[rumble!]
Mei Lee and Sam: Ooooh...
Kauane: Awwww... Perfect for a special occasion...
Sam: It's too hard to watch! I can't take it anymore!

Mei Lee: Oh! [chuckles] Sorry. Um, I'm still getting the hang of this whole rocketship/panda transformation thing. [chuckles]

Mei Lee: It's time you start growing your flowers with magic.
Kauane: Magic? Oh, no. I haven't got any of that.
Mei Lee: Of course you do. Everyone has some kind of magic. Now...

(Kauane tries to use her hands to make flowers, but fails)
[small rumble]
[sloop]
Kauane: It's no use, Mei. Face it. My flower business is over.
Mei Lee: Don't think like that, Kauane. All you have to do is believe in yourself. Feel the magic inside, and think of something that makes you happy.
Kauane: Hmmm... I do love a big... beautiful... flower!
[thud]
[rumbling]
Mei Lee: Wow! See? I knew you could do it! Try again!
(Kauane use her hands to make a flower)
[rumbling]
Kauane: Whoo-hoo! [laughs] I've got magic!
[wind whistling]
(suddenly, the flower grows too big)
[ponies yelping]
[crunch]
Mei Lee and Kauane: [scream]
[thud!]
[whoosh!]
(the pollen of the flower creates the Allergy Flu)
Mei Lee: Ah... Ah...
Mei Lee and Kauane: Achoo!
Kauane: [gasps]
Mei Lee: Uh-oh.
Kauane: What have I done?!
[Mei Lee]
