Ember Lumen and Rainbow Sparkle are in the office of Calina's sister Angela. She keeps mistaking Ember's name while she's telling her what's going on. Apparently, it seems that Calina has been designated to do a speech sponsoring a statue being put up in Disneyland, and they must find her so she can do the speech that day.

Meanwhile, Calina is in Fantasyland worried about doing the speech. Rocket and Big Jet see her and decide to help her out. They try 4 different methods, 3 of which fail, but Big Jet suggesting Calina spin around until she gets dizzy. When she starts spinning, she thinks it's working, and therefore does not feel nervous, which she openly admits; but, soon she starts getting dizzy and spins uncontrollably until she falls unconscious.

Meanwhile, Rainbow Sparkle and Ember Lumen can't find her until they catch Shield Wing mopping and ask him if he seen Calina. He said that he had seen him with Rocket and Big Jet. They are then worried about Calina, so Rocket voluntarily tries to seek out others for help, making the mistake of leaving Big Jet to draw Calina's face with a marker pen.

Inside Calina's mind, she sees strange creatures wearing top hats that British accents, including a real rocketship and jetliner. They also offer her some ice-cream to eat.

They both ask her what she is doing there and she explains that she came there because she didn't want to give a speech to others. The rocketship tells Calina that it's against the law to give speeches anyway, much to the delight of her, and the jetliner said that it is also against the law not to enjoy ice-cream.

Back at Disneyland, Rocket gets Ember and Rainbow while Big Jet is drawing on Calina's face. Upon seeing her unconscious, Rainbow Sparkle says that the only way to get her back is to go back inside of her mind. Rocket and Big Jet then grab each other's hands and they start to spin and get really dizzy. As they both fall onto Calina, Rainbow Sparkle put a rope on them before they went inside Calina's mind. They see her and they tell her to come back but she refuses, and then she accidentally gives a speech about her wanting to stay here. Rocket tells her she accidentally succeeded in giving them a speech. Just then she realizes she did give a speech and they also found that if she doesn't face the crowd, she can give a speech without becoming nervous.

Calina told them that she had to go back to her world and the rocketship said that she does have to go because she gave a speech and it is against the law. He is about to eat her whole, but she jumps onto Rocket and Big Jet as he tells Rainbow Sparkle to pull up on the rope. They escape just before the rocketship can eat them both. Back in the real world, Ember said that it's time for the speech. The only problem is that Calina can't face the crowd and admits she has public anxiety. Rocket decides to let Calina do a speech by wearing a mascot of herself which Rocket and Big Jet made, much to Ember's dismay as she knows Angela will not like it.

At the ceremony. Calina gives his speech, but it was a very short one, and the rest of the group is surprised that she was so nervous about barely saying a few words. She then cuts the ribbon in front of the statue, then, Angela congratulates her and Ember, but she leaves while Ember is still talking to her. She then takes Calina to get the mascot suit off of her. Rocket and Big Jet think the party is lame and decide to go back into the 'Dizzy World' instead.
