EDIT: see my partners entry here -> [link]Well here is my part of the poke-fanclub pokeswap. Theme: Battle (Sweet!!)
It's a little rushed but I want to submit this today since tomorrow my vacations end, and I have to start another for a contest I'm in.
Tried to add all of the six pokes on her list although three are barely cameos.
For those who might not understand my interpretation, here is the moves used:
Absol: psycho cut, night slash, double team, future sight.
Swampert: muddy water, hammer arm, water gun, focus punch(x2), hyper beam.

This is awesome. I love the animation and Absol and Swampert happen to be some of my favorite pokemon so this was a real treat to watch.

Wow, this is so cool! The music makes it all really eerie and mystical, and you did a great job with the changing scenes and showing the attacks hitting. Awesome!

But an answer will have to do. How do you change the scenes? (Like, when you change a camera view in a tv show.)

Oddly, this is the first in which I used only one (flash) scene.
But about the camera, that is tricky since you have to make the whole background an object and move it. To change to something totally different I just add blank keyframes and start to draw that angle.

a LOT of tweening, a lot, but I add Some FbF in certain parts. Basically I make about 1-5% on FbF the rest is just tweening, but It's still a little tedious.
