Hee, yeah, I went with a simpler shading style for this; it did turn out nicely. The berries were probably the most complicated, but the trainers' hair was the most fun! (Especially Leaf's)

Hee, thanks! This one took a lot longer than I thought it would, and by understanding the errors that I made doing this one, I was better prepared for later works. Sugimori's style is so fun; I really liked elaborating his style on Pikachu.

In his style? Uhh, while that's all fine and good, I'd like to work with some of my own styles for the next few arts. I don't want to be known as an imiatator of his work, but as an artist myself. This one was just done in his older style because I felt it was appropriate for a first kiriban.
