I guess that's the beauty of a writing exercise - it feels like a whole, but the separate parts gleam in their own right. By the way, me and my friend have gone over 500 e-mails writing our story, and it's just heart-wrenching. I love this format. XD

To be honest, angst and sadness has never been my... strong suit, I suppose? I prefer shorter, happy stories, cracky stories even, though sometimes, when I know the characters well enough and feel like it's justified (and my friend is a hurt/comfort type of writer, whom I had to coax into writing a few funny shorts with me, and it wasn't easy XD), I can enjoy it.

Still, funnies remain my favorite.

Ha- whenever I write fanficiton, it seems I can't ever write a good fluff story- it always has to be funnies or angst/hurt/comfort. But hey! We can write funnies together, and roll around in them just like we did to the LUUURV!

I don't like the Sexy Back song itself, really - but I love that hook playing when Duke Devlin is around. It's one of those hooks that I could listen to for hours. XD

And yes, Seto and Duke are not really compatible. XD That said, Seto needs some catchy theme music, too. You'd think he's rich enough to afford one.
