All you need is PDF Creator (I think you can download it online for free), and any image-editing software so you could make a preview image - or heck, just use an already existing picture if you don't want a title card like mine.

Yes, the PDF Creator basically "prints" your Word document into a pdf file (it acts like a virtual printer and is listed there). The preview image can be any image and is required. I upload in pdf because I think it looks better that way and is a safer format.
