Not that these guys are winged hussars, but the rest of the lyrics aren't too far off.

I think that KunYKA meant that he hopes that dragons in the picture are not just mindless beasts of war, but a sentient race allowing ther allies to ride them in battle for sake of tactical advantage. That's the way how he wants to see it, obviously.
Regardless of that, I've come to say that this is an awesome piece of art. I've just googled "Army of Wings" while impressed by the Sabaton's Song, and found your artwork. Personally for me it reminds of GRRM's ASOIAF universe and Targaryen's dragon riders. It was the first association.
Your dragons, though, are smaller, different-looking and quadrupedal while having separate pair of wings. So that was just an association. Your art is obviously original, and for that I like it.
